Meet the instructor:
Katie Nava, a native of San Diego and a practitioner of yoga for over 18 years, found her passion in teaching yoga to her community. She is known for her nurturing personality, rhythmic cueing, and sequences that help her students develop a strong mind body connection. She believes yoga is for everyone and is skilled in helping people of all ages, from kids to seniors, develop their practice. In her spare time, you’ll find Katie hiking with her four kids, at the beach, or getting her hands dirty in her garden.
